<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.</li>
<li>Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (40-hour work week)</li>

<p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments.</li>
<li>Quickly identify client needs, provide solutions, and resolve concerns professionally.</li>
<li>Accurately document client interactions while managing multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality service standards.</li>
<li>Develop a working knowledge of our products and services.</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of call center experience preferred.</li>
<li>HVAC or plumbing industry experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to type 45+ WPM while talking and multitasking.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Suite; Service Titan experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<p>Ability to sit for extended periods with clear speech and listening abilities.</p>
