<p>Service Champions is seeking a <strong>Rehash Coordinator</strong> to join our dynamic team!</p>
<p>If you have a knack for connecting with clients, a passion for sales, and a solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing services, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers <strong>a competitive hourly base pay + commissions</strong> and reports directly to our Sales Manager.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>

<li>Reconnect with past and current clients to maximize service opportunities and customer retention.</li>
<li>Communicate Service Champions’ value proposition and generate proposals tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>Demonstrate empathy and provide top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Stay sharp by mastering our product portfolio and sales strategies.</li>
<li>Record customer interactions with precision and efficiency.</li>
<li>Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining quality and professionalism.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven success in an inbound/outbound sales role.</li>
<li>A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Outstanding phone, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Service Titan (or similar software), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Typing skills of at least 40 WPM and availability for weekday shifts (7:00 am–8:00 pm) and occasional Saturdays.</li>
