<li><strong>Operate tools</strong> to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, from furnaces to condenser units.</li>
<li><strong>Communicate professionally</strong> with clients, demonstrate integrity and respect, and identify opportunities to improve their HVAC systems.</li>

<li>Strong <strong>communication and sales skills</strong>—you're comfortable recommending services to meet client needs.</li>
<li><strong>Customer service oriented</strong> with an ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity.</li>

<li>Must regularly use hands, arms, and voice for various tasks and client interactions.</li>
<li>Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential spaces, with frequent physical activity.</li>
