<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Department Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our new plumbing division. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality job execution, effective team leadership, and driving the department toward profit and revenue targets.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled plumbers, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.</li>
<li>Establish and monitor department goals, with a focus on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.</li>
<li>Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and efficiency improvements.</li>
<li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L (Profit and Loss) to ensure financial health and performance of the department.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies for achieving long-term success and growth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Strong background in residential plumbing with hands-on experience.</li>
<li>Proven management experience, with a focus on leading teams to success.</li>
<li>Expertise in budgeting and P&L management.</li>
